Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using MapleHR (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
2. Service Description
MapleHR provides a cloud-based human resources management platform designed for Canadian businesses, including employee management, leave tracking, applicant tracking, onboarding automation, and compliance tools.
3. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must promptly notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Data Ownership
You retain all ownership rights to the data you submit to MapleHR. We do not claim any ownership over your organization's data. We act as a data processor on your behalf and handle your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable Canadian privacy laws.
5. Subscription & Billing
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected. All prices are in Canadian Dollars (CAD). You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
6. Uptime & Support
We target 99.9% uptime for our platform. Planned maintenance windows will be communicated at least 48 hours in advance. Support is available via email for all plans, with priority support for Professional and Enterprise plans.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted under Canadian law, MapleHR shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
